Disconnect/Reconnect Made Easy

Client Responsibility:

  • Power off, label each component, put cables/small items in zip bag

Mesa Responsibility:

  • Protect and wrap each labeled component in preparation for transport. At destination, unwrap, and place components

Additional Services Available:

  • Full disconnect and/or reconnect of computer [power off to power on]
  • Pack and/or unpack cables/small items
  • Provide anti-static monitor protective sleeves
  • Verify component connectivity
  • Move additional equipment; printers, scanners, copiers, etc.

Moving a Server Room 

Service: Mesa receives disconnected equipment to pack, load, and transport

Timing: Handles as an isolated move with dedicated IT Movers and trucks

Chain of Custody: Inventoried, high value protocol with security truck seals.

Valuation: Document all assets and secure proper cargo protection coverage.

Rack Moves: Server components can be moved in racks with specialized packing, preparation and secure tie-down transport.
